Think of the visit as somewhere between health coaching and a traditional NP visit. You’ll have more time to talk through your story, questions, goals, and what you’ve already tried, with the added perspective of an experienced Nurse Practitioner. These visits are educational and do not include diagnosis, prescribing, or comprehensive medical care.

• After discussing your story, goals, etc. we’ll connect the dots and look for realistic avenues that can move you toward breakthrough. You’ll understand more about your body’s needs with some specific tips and recommendations for helpful, easy-to-access tools or resources.

Because 30 minutes often isn’t enough, and 60 minutes can seem overwhelming, we land right in the middle.

Consults are held virtually through Doxy.me, a HIPAA-secure platform that does not require an account or download. Your access link will be included in your payment confirmation.

Specialty medical visits can cost hundreds of dollars. While health strategy consults do not replace these visits, Functional Grace aims to help you get more value from the care, testing, and information you may already have invested in. It’s about making helpful, practical support easier to access while staying affordable.

If you have recent lab or test results you’d like to discuss during your consultation, that is more than okay.
If there are tests you’re considering, we can discuss whether they may be useful and review options for where you can access or order them.

• A Stripe Payment link will be shown at the top of the Calendly event description. Stripe accepts multiple forms of payment.
• Once payment is complete, you will receive a separate confirmation email from Functional Grace.
• Receipts are issued through Stripe. If you need an itemized receipt for reimbursement purposes, please reach out by email.

• Cancellations can be made through the link provided at the bottom of the Calendly invitation email.
• Functional Grace issues credits but does not issue refunds for any reason.
• Payments for cancelled or rescheduled consults may be applied to a future visit up to 12 months from the booking date. If a consult was made without payment, it will automatically be cancelled after 24 hours.
• If technical difficulties prevent the visit from getting underway within the first 10 minutes, the consult may be rescheduled and the payment applied to the new appointment.
• Clients are responsible for having a working device, reliable internet connection, and an appropriate environment for the visit. That gives people flexibility without creating an open-ended obligation for you
• Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for credit.
